A state of independence
I love my life at home. I have the best friends in the world, a wonderful son and an incredibly rickety Chihuahua called Chilli. I have a brilliant home in the West End of London that I really should decorate at some point. I have everything I need and more than I could want but sometimes its good to just walk away. It's good to be alone, its good to be silent, its good to worry about nothing and spend time with myself.
I read the other day that self knowledge is knowledge of God. That through coming to understand ourselves we better understand God. That there are clear parallels between pychotherapy and religion. When we discover the divinity within ourselves we are then free to see the divinity in others.
