Here comes the sun

Most of Miami is made up of man made islands and pennisulas and South Beach has the most remarkable man made beach running along the Atlantic coast. The shale was concreted over and soft white sand shipped in from The Carribean just 90 miles away. The sky is blue and the sea is blue as you look into the distance you can see the point at which the heavens reach down to touch the earth. Sun bathing has of course had a very bad press and I can understand why some people chose to stay out of direct sunlight.

I don't smoke, eat meat, drink or take drugs. My high risk behavior has been reduced to the following controversial practices

1.A dislike of condoms
2.A love of eating cake
3.Laying out in the sun

So far I have spent two hours on the beach each day. I took two days off due to tropical storms. I intend to continue my regime for the rest of my stay. Not entirely reckless I went to Macys and purchased some Clarins sun protection products. A 30 factor facial cream that fights wrinkles (not as well as botox I wager but every little helps) and a spray on oil (rubbing in is too much effort in the 80 degree heat) in factor 15. I also have some Boots kids stuff in factor 50 that I put onto any burnt or over exposed bits.

So far so good but I am disapointed in my ability to get an even tan. Different bits seem to cook at different speeds. My legs are an even beige now, my tummy is very tanned but I have a darker brown line like where Barbie has a waist so she can twist about. My face is pretty brown  or will be when the freckles join together. I have a dark brown triangle on my breast bone which is super fucking aging and white tits and ass like a 70's porno star.  I am far from giving up but I am not sure my spray tan days are entirely over,
