Laying out in the sun was hard work today. It is almost painfull to lay still in that kind of heat. I had a towel over my face, they say you can't save your face and ass at the same time so I opted to save the former. I was whining to Richard he said that the only way to enjoy the kind of heat we were in was to submit. He said you have to totally relax into it, allow it and it will be amazing, if you put up any resistance it was really going to hurt. We were laughing saying extreme sunbathing is the anal sex of outdoor activities.
