Woken up at 6am by the rain. It falls heavily on the flat roof, the cool air is strangely disturbing and I am anxious about things I cannot control. I didn't sleep well last night either, full moon tomorrow so probably something to do with that. If it rains all day (and it won't) I can
- clean the flat (only needs doing once a week unlike London - once a day)
- begin writing best seller
- mark some student work from the online submission centre
- send controlling emails to London
- bring forward food amnesty day and get cheese fries & Reeces Pieces shake
