Prayers and incantations

I walked to South Point this afternoon with my prayers in my hand. I wrote them out before I left the apartment. All that I desire for the month ahead and all that will flourish after the final summer eclipse.

Good Morning. It's new moon day and esclipse day. Hurray 'today is the beginning of the rest of your life' shudder...........   I have got my list and I will put it in the oceanic post later. Perhaps I can walk out accross the rocks of South Point and offer it up there. It will be A Little Mermaid experience (sacrifice is good) as the rocks are sharp.
At home I use candles to create rituals for the moon, the new and the full. Here in Miami I have bought Richard a Feu de Bois candle from Dyptyque which we can light when he gets here.

As I was laying around contemplating my own demise...........I remembered that there is another eclipse on Friday. Hurray that means I am not really loosing my grip, it means that I am experiencing a melancolic response to related energy build up. It can be hard to be so  mad sensitive at times. At least I had the good sense to look at my horoscope sites and get a reminder about what is going on. I am excited as my life is totally on the up after Friday. All the love, money and opportunities I could ever need are in the post.

More chores .....

Went to Publix again today to stock up a little since Richard is coming later this evening. Not sure why really as he is about as likely to start cooking as I am. Trying to be a good house guest though, it's the least I can do.

I didn't buy sweets although I wanted to. American chocolate is vile anyway although they do have Coconut M & M's and Mini Reeces Pieces. I will buy one of everything to take home for Tim.

I did manage to find some approved snack foods to put in the fridge in manner of domestic goddess. I have changed the sheets and will hoover up later. If I waft around a Diptyque candle before he comes in it should be good to go.
